RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

All full priced items can be returned for a store credit excluding shipping charges or exchanged, the exchange item will be sent free of charge.

Items from the SALE section are deemed final and cannot be refunded or exchange unless faulty.

Items you wish to return or exchange must be returned within 10 days.

Items must be returned in a new and unused condition and have all tags and original packaging attached. They must not be worn washed or damaged in any way.

Please note all shipping of returns are at the expense of the customer.

We respect your right to privacy. We only collect the information required for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. We guarantee that use of your personal information will be only be used by The Clubhouse.

 

OVERSEAS DUTIES & TAXES

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country.
